Send Challenge Defining document to client liaison so leaders can review the content before the Challenge Defining meeting.

The designed document has undergone a round of edits and DORIS leadership approval. 

Directions

1. Once all comments are incorporated, the Project Lead sends the final version of the document to the Ops Manager to send to the client liaison.
