Good Places

Purpose:
  • Start thinking about what makes a physical environment desirable
  • Practice generating ideas

Participants: Solo or groups of any size
Supplies: A pen and a piece of paper (per person).

How to lead it:
  1. Give each participant one sheet of paper and something to write with.

  2. Ask them to list as many good places they can in 60 seconds.

    • Think about places that make you feel good and/or places that function well.

  3. After 60 seconds, ask them to circle their three favorite places.

  4. Ask people to share, "Did your places have anything in common?" Ask someone to share their top three; ask if anyone else has similar places.
