Purpose

Uncover insights into a team or organization's culture

15 minutes plus 2 minutes per team for presentation + feedback

Minimum 2, 4 is required for use of feedback forms

Instructions

Prep

1. Create a worksheet with instructions, criteria, and prompts (see resources).
2. Create a feedback worksheet to evaluate ideas based on criteria and desirability (see resources)

Execute

1. Break workshop participants into pairs or small groups. If participation is low, people can complete the activity as individuals.
2. Introduce the scenario and give participants 10-15 minutes to develop a plan.
3. Invite each team to share their plan to the whole group. Have each individual evaluate each plan and then rank them for desirability at the end.

Document

1. Record audio of team presentations. Transcribe audio for analysis
2. Scan worksheets or transcribe them into text for analysis
3. Transcribe feedback forms for analysis
