Collect participant perspectives on a given topic.

This method is useful when you can't convene participants synchronously and have access to a place where participants regularly spend time.

Instructions

Prep
  1. Identify what you want to understand from the method.
  2. Create a poster with a prompt for feedback.
  3. Establish a plan for when and where to place the poster.
Execute
  1. Set the poster and markers in a location that participants spend time.
  2. Return to collect the poster at the decided time, or have a liaison send photos of the completed poster(s).
Document
  1. Take photos of the completed poster.
