Purpose

Working with the client’s standard contracting processes and DORIS’s leadership, this is the final step before a project goes to operations.t

Fee has been agreed upon by both parties with a confirmation to go ahead.

1. How does contracting work here?

1. Do they want us to work with their contract or should we send ours?

2. Is there a procurement process?

Once Questions are answered

• Work with owners to complete contracting information 

• MP is the liaison between the client and DORIS to work through the negotiation

• DORIS owners are responsible for signing all legal documents between DORIS, the organization, and any other entity.

After signed contract - the project moves into operations.

1. Tell operations manager to set up Sales-To-Project handoff.
