During the Meeting (General Agenda)

  1. Historical Review, recap for everyone in the meeting how we all got here today.

  2. Share what you want to cover in the meeting (this is your pre-established goal of the meeting). This could include but is not limited to the below. 

    1. Learn more about their problem space

    2. Sharing about DORIS and if/how it can solve their problems

    3. Catching up/ Relational work

    4. Connecting

  3. Confirm what they want to cover in the meeting

  4. Establish the meeting will close with a clear future with next steps (You need to tailor this to fit in the DORIS process) 

    1. What we are doing & why

    2. Who’s doing it from their side & ours, and why

  3. What event is currently happening?

Emotional
  1. What is the actual problem?

  2. What does it cost you if you don’t do anything?

  3. What have you done in the past, what worked, what didn’t work?

  4. What are you worried about?
