Post-Meeting

1. Be sure to fill in all notes on your pre-loaded notes page for that contact. 

  • Enter your meeting in the Black Box for tracking

  • Rate the meeting

Action Items:

  • Be sure to follow up on any promise action items

  • If not immediate next steps/action items, put them back on your reach out list for a future date/time

2. If the meeting established a qualified lead (there is a problem we can solve)

  • Create a new row in  Tab 3 in the Black Box for qualified leads

  • Follow up on any promised action items

    • Note: If they go onto Tab 3, it is assumed that a PSAM is more than likely in the future and/or one is working toward a PSAM

Remember, the goal is to build lasting relationships and position DORIS as a valuable partner, regardless of the immediate outcome of any single meeting.  Be patient.
