Scoping Review Meeting

Purpose

The scoping review meeting is different from the fee review meeting. This meeting is to ensure that DORIS correctly heard from the leadership team the direction and purpose of the possible research project.

2. Scoping document is complete and reviewed

1. Quick check-in on how things are going after PSAM – has anything changed we should know about?

2. Plan for the meeting

1. Show the scoping document

2. Want to make sure we are accurately reflecting what you said. 

3. Will confirm as we review what we heard is correct.

3. At the end of the scoping document, we will review what we believe is the best approach to answer the questions posed in the scoping document.

1. May or may not talk about fee during this meeting

2. Depends on whether they are aligned on this being the next step and the ‘value’ of the effort

4. Next steps

1. Will send the scoping document 

1. Edits first if they suggest any

2. If they need to have conversations, they should do that.

3. We can reconvene to talk about fee.
