Interview Debrief Process

The purpose of the interview debrief is to glean as much knowledge as possible from the interviewers who have the first hand experience and knowledge.

• The Ops Manager coordinates a meeting time with the Project Lead or Project Strategist and the Interviewers who were contracted.
  • The debrief should occur no more than a week after the interviews wrap up.
• The Project Strategist facilitates the debrief meeting 
  • Duration is typically 30-60 minutes

Questions to Ask

• What stands out from this project? What was surprising?
• What challenges do these people experience?
• Did you sense any tension? Between who/what groups of people?
