Schedule Post-Project reflection meeting with DORIS team

The Operations Manager schedules a 60-minute meeting for all members of the DORIS team who engaged in the project (including the Sales Lead).

  • Who: Operating Principal, Project Lead(s), Qualitative Research Director, Quantitative Research Director, President (if needed)
  • When: After Action Planning
  • Goal: Share what worked and what didn’t work throughout a project so that DORIS can refine and improve our process.
