Conduct Interviews In-person

Whoever is assigned to conduct in-person interviews + contract interviewers
Interdependencies
Interview dates have been scheduled and confirmed + participants have signed up for a slot.
Example:
- The Sales Lead should have engaged with the client and vetted their fit for a project before scheduling.
- This meeting happens near the end of the sales process. After the meeting is scheduled, the Ops Team can prepare to conduct the meeting.
Directions
In-person interviews are best conduced in a quiet and confidential location that feels comfortable for participants.

Prepared checklist:
- Time and Date = confirmed
- Client is expecting interviewer and has their contact info
- Interviewer knows who at the organization they can contact, in the case of questions
- Tools are prepped
- Arrive to location at least 15 minutes early to set up

Set up:
- Ensure that the room has a door that shuts
- Ensure that the room is big enough that 2 people won't be a crowd
- Plug in laptop and open up the Master list
- Open the qualtrics link for the first interview
