Send participation updates to the liaison

Purpose

The Ops Manager will regularly review participation rates in stakeholder engagements to ensure sufficient representation for data collection. If any participant groups are underrepresented, the Ops Manager will share the data with the project liaison, requesting efforts to boost participation.

1. Throughout data collection, the Operations manager frequently contacts the project liaison. Liaisons can help encourage participation within their organization. 
2. To track participation, add a pivot table or formulas to the participant master list that monitor interview and survey engagement. A dedicated tracking sheet within the Master List will store this data.
   
   • On some projects, it is useful to be able to report participation by demographics like job level and department.

          Hi, I hope you are well. Here's a quick update on interview participation:

          Total Scheduled: [#] ([ ]% to target)

          Example Demographic #1 - Job Level Participation:
          Executive and manager participation has been strong, but we'd like increased involvement from individual contributors. 

          Example Demographic #2 - Market/Dept:
          Some departments currently need more representation. Below is a list of departments with no scheduled interviews or                      minimal participation.
