Debrief Challenge Seeking Methods

Purpose

To keep the Ops Team aware of current data collection methods.

Responsible Party

Lead Project Strategist

Interdependencies

This can happen any time after the phase has concluded.

Directions

1. Reflect on the methods used in this phase.
2. If any are new, discuss with the Ops Team:
   • Did the methods work? (Did they generate useful data? Were they engaging for participants?)
   • Would we use this method again?
   • Does the method need tweaking or adjusting before using it again?
3. If the team agrees to keep the method for consideration in future projects, add it to the Methods Google Sheet and create a page for it in the Methods book in Bookstack.
