Determine if Interviewers will be contractors or internal

1. Check Projected Ops Project hours in Ops Logistics (bottom of chart) to see if internal people have capacity. 
2. If internal: put interview blocks on calendars. 
   
3. If using contractors: send email to contractor pool to see if they're available.
