Build survey protocol into Qualtrics

Purpose

Quant data collection requires inputting the survey questions into Qualtrics.

Directions

Creating the Survey + Changing the Display Name

1. 1. Sign into the maria@dorisresearch.com Qualtrics account.  
   2. Once signed in, click See all projects in left menu bar. 
   3. Under Your Folders on left side, select DORIS templates. 
   4. Click the three dot menu on the far left of 23 Standard DORIS Survey + click Copy Project
   5. Edit the pop-up menu
      a. Copy to: Account
      b. Project Name: year project name Survey (ex. 23 ITCC Systems Office Survey)
      c. Folder: Current year 
   6. Navigate to current year folder + click on the newly created survey. 
   7. Once in the survey, click on Survey Flow on left side (2nd from the top) to name survey + embed participant data 
      a. survey_title: DORIS + [project name] Survey 
      b. Embedded data should include RecipientFirstName, RecipientLast Name, Department, Job Level, Role
   8. Go to Survey options, change the Display Name to DORIS + Project Name Survey, click on Builder to return to the survey
